Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling a course: GTI must receive notice to reschedule at least 30 days prior to the event. If notice is received after this date participants will be invoiced an additional $100 tissue and supply fee for purchased course materials. The invoice will be sent via PayPal and is due upon receipt. The course balance may be applied to any future course(s) of comparable value.

GTI must receive notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to event.

Cancellations or no-shows after this date are not eligible for a refund. Requests for full cancellations will be refunded less a $200 administrative fee.

Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of refund. Fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to the GTI. This policy covers registration for in-person courses only.

GTI is not responsible for monies registrants may have spent on penalty or non-refundable airline tickets or hotel deposits in the event this course is canceled or sold out. Before purchasing your airline ticket, make sure that you have received your registration and hotel confirmation. If a course is canceled by GTI, every effort will be made to notify registrants as least 30 days prior to the first day of the course, and registration fees will be refunded.
